Timeline
| 4:00 pm | Ushers arrive at the groom’s suite. The groomsmen, the officiant and our MC, Jake, will be there too. When you face the venue from the parking lot, the groom’s suite is on the left side.  |
| 4:00–4:15 pm | The lace sign and stand will be inside the groom’s suite. Meg will also leave purple ribbon and scissors there. Use the ribbon to hang the lace sign so it looks pretty. Assemble them and carry the finished sign to the ceremony area by 4:15 pm at the latest (about 15 minutes to set it up).   |
| 4:15–4:20 pm | Ushers in place near the ceremony seating area. |
| 4:30–5:00 pm | Hand guests the wedding programs and bubbles from the 2 cocktail tables by the ceremony, and point them to the physical guest book (with its pen and pen stand). The guest book, pens and a white box containing the wedding programs and drink tickets will be left in the groom’s suite for you to pick up.  |
| 4:30–5:00 pm | Help guests find seats. Family seats themselves (no formal entrance). Save the first two rows for priority guests. See the Seating page. Jaclyn will brief you. Once you hear the DJ play “Ready or Not” by Shakey Graves, let guests know they may seat themselves where noted on the Seating page. |
| 5:00 pm | Ceremony begins. |
| 5:30 pm | Cocktail reception on the patio. |
| 5:30 pm | Move the physical guest book, along with its pen and pen stand, to the audio guestbook, between the men’s and women’s bathrooms inside the reception hall. The audio guestbook booth looks like this: |
| 5:30 pm | Place any leftover programs and bubbles inside the groom’s suite. |
| 5:30 pm | Once that’s done, join the wedding party at the altar for group photos. |
| 6:15–6:25 pm | Travis leads guests into the reception hall. Please help guide guests to their tables. |
